We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher to coordinate field technicians, manage daily service schedules, and ensure timely and efficient dispatch of repair and Service jobs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations based on urgency, availability, and skill level.
  • Monitor and adjust daily schedules to accommodate emergency service requests or cancellations.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and office staff to provide updates and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician statuses, work orders, and customer interactions using Service Titan.
  • Prioritize service requests and optimize technician routes for efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, updates, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Assist with billing preparation and service documentation when needed.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to identify operational improvements and scheduling solutions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in related fields is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a dispatcher or in a customer service role, preferably in the home services industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with dispatch and ServiceTitan.
  • Ability to multi-task, think critically, and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role with regular use of phones and computers.
  • Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and problem-solving.
  • May require occasional overtime availability, depending on seasonal demand.

Hourly Pay Rate: $25/h - $28/h
