Position Summary
The Bar back is a crucial support position. As a Bar Back, you are expected to help create a positive
first impression by ensuring 100% cleanliness and sanitation at bars and service wells. The duty
mainly focuses on the set up and cleanliness of the bartop, with the removal of silverware, plateware,
and removing and washing glassware during or after each visit, along with the sanitation of both the
seating area as well as the table itself.

Requirements
The position requires a high school diploma and/or GED equivalent. Other qualifications required are
outstanding interpersonal communications skills, ability to work very well in a fast-paced
team-oriented environment, exceptional ability to engage with guests and consistently project a
professional and incident-free dining experience for our guests; strong organizational and
multitasking skills are also required.

moving. Able to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally. Lifting over shoulders regularly.
