Job description

Trileaf Corporation is a nationwide environmental, architecture, and engineering consulting firm that assists clients with environmental due diligence, regulatory compliance, and engineering and architectural design. From its headquarters in St. Louis, MO, and multiple branch offices throughout the U.S., Trileaf serves the wireless communications, commercial real estate and financial industries.

Location: Orlando, FL (In-office)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support client management by distributing weekly project trackers, initiating new projects, handling purchase orders and requests, preparing and submitting proposals, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring project progress.
  • Effectively manage and maintain a high volume of open projects and responsibilities with minimal supervision, including communication with federal, state, and local officials to define scopes of work and clearly convey those scopes and timelines to clients.
  • Prepare detailed Environmental Report Scopes of Work with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Review and submit Migratory Bird Reports and other technical documents, ensuring all deliverables meet internal QA/QC standards and client requirements.
  • Assists in the training of new employees, including the development and implementation of training documents, presentations, and annual/seasonal companywide reminders related to migratory bird services.
  • Maintain general knowledge of migratory bird species and the federal, state, and local laws protecting them. Ensure proper and timely filing of permit applications, as required.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Phase I, Phase II and NEPA Environmental Site Assessment experience OR status as an Environmental Professional (EP) preferred
  • Other Professional Licensure (PE/PG/CHMM/PMP/LEP) is desirable
  • Experience with administrative functions such as accounting is helpful, but not necessary
  • Valid driver's license
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, biology, or related field required
