What You'll Do
• Cut, trim, and prepare beef, pork, lamb, veal, and poultry to company standards
• Prepare specialty items such as sausages, oven-ready products, and cured meats
• Merchandise and display products to maximize freshness and visual appeal
• Monitor product quality and minimize spoilage
