Job Title: Process Engineer โ€“ Biotech
Location: Lincoln, NE
Employment Type: Contract 1099| On-site
Contract Length: 6 months โ€“ likely to extend
Work Authorization Requirement: U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders only

Weโ€™re hiring a hands-on Process Engineer to support both manufacturing & packaging in a regulated Biotech environment. This is a floor-focused, operator-facing roleโ€”not a desk-based position.

What youโ€™ll do:
  • Troubleshoot process & equipment issues directly on the production floor
  • Work closely with operators, QA, QC, and engineering teams
  • Support deviations, root cause analysis (RCA), validation & change control
  • Drive improvements across upstream manufacturing and downstream packaging
  • Support line trials, startup activities, and project engineering (FAT/SAT)
What weโ€™re looking for:
  • 7โ€“10+ years in FDA/regulated manufacturing
  • Strong Biotech process experience (bioreactors, fill/finish, etc.)
  • Proven hands-on troubleshooting in live production environments
  • Experience supporting both manufacturing and packaging operations
