Job description

Job Summary:

This is a full-time clerical support position which provides a full range of assignments in support of the Executive Director, CNY Biotech Accelerator. This is an on-site only position - no remote work is applicable, as the Administrative Assistant I is the central communications contact for on-site clients located at the front desk and is receptionist for all guests, clients and deliveries, assuring the building maintains a secure presence while also communicating professionally. This role maintains the day-to-day responsibilities to include client interaction, event coordination, communication to Upstate facility management, and website updates. This role will be the direct assistant to the CNYBAC executive director. The Administrative Assistant I is responsible for monthly client invoicing, client ID generation, and coordination of quarterly environmental safety lab inspections, submitting physical plant work orders and purchase requisitions, as well as other clerical tasks assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's degree and one year of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experiance.
