If you thrive in a team environment, possess strong leadership skills, and have a knack for problem-solving with a strategic mindset, we want you on our team. This 8-10 week summer internship for 2026 offers a unique opportunity to work out of our Harvey, IL or Hobart, IN facility, contributing directly to projects that matter.

What You’ll Do:

  • Optimize: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine standard work processes, sharing best practices along the way.

What You’ll Bring:

  • You’re an Engineering student graduating by Spring 2027.
  • You have experience in leadership roles, whether in school, extracurricular activities, or other organizations.
  • Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar 3D design software is a plus (bonus points for hands-on experience).
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
