Project Engineer Intern
Beaty Construction, Inc. is seeking Project Engineer Interns for Summer 2027. Ideal candidates are current college students pursuing degrees related to the horizontal construction industry, such as Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
As a Project Engineer Intern, you'll work alongside experienced project managers and field crews, gaining hands-on experience and insight into the day-to-day operations at Beaty Construction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist management in tracking materials, supplies, and hours
  • Assist management with project document controls
  • Assist tracking as-built quantities on the jobsite
  • Assist in creating, maintaining, and editing jobsite progress schedules
  • Assist with safety meetings and onsite observations
  • Observe and report jobsite progress
  • Observe major activities on other projects
  • Track and report work hours
