What does a Bingo Supervisor do?                            

  • Ensures that each session is adequately staffed with Bingo Callers, Bingo Service Rep Is and Bingo Service Rep IIs.
  • Takes responsibility for ensuring Team Members are trained and developed in Bingo Operations and monitors business flow to develop efficient training, break and monthly shift schedules.
  • Maintains frequent communication with all work areas to ensure efficiency, performance standards and superior guest service.
  • Maintains thorough knowledge of Bingo Operations internal functions, controls and software updates.
  • Portrays themselves as a positive role model for the Bingo team. Practices the highest standards of integrity and honesty and sets high ethical standards; while promoting a fun and inviting atmosphere for both team members and players.

Work Experience

To be successful as a Bingo Supervisor, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma required. College degree is preferred.
  • Two years of experience in Bingo Operations or gaming is required.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Must possess outstanding guest service skills.
  • Previous money handling experience with basic math skills required.
  • Must possess computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office; including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to organize/prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment and accommodate a flexible work schedule.
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 41 - 50 pounds.
