ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Admissions Cashier
  • Handle cash from bingo package sales.
  • Monitor and process all coupons, discounts and miscellaneous certificates.
  • Operate cash register.
  • Inventory bingo packages assigned.
  • Generate daily admission reports.
  • Assist customers with game information, programs, flyers and special tickets.
  • Conduct admission set-up and close-down procedures, including related reports.

Specials Cashier - Pay Master
  • Distribute banks and bingo paper to floorwalkers.
  • Complete transactions involving cash for debit and credit.
  • Distribute cash prize payouts.
  • Submit daily specials report to the Bingo Manager.
  • Record paper/ticket overs and shorts.
  • Set up and organize games/papers.
  • Open and close all paperwork and reports.
  • Assist with packaging or game preparation needs.

Bingo Floorwalker
  • Sell bingo papers and other gaming sales needs.
  • Be responsible for daily bank shortages and overages.
  • Verify bingo and customer prize payouts.
  • Keep assigned bingo area sections clean.
  • Answer questions and assist customers with bingo games.
  • Assist with game set-up needs as necessary.
