**$3.00 per hour Shift Differential on top of your base pay if you work the majority of your shift after 5:00 pm**

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Bindery Operator for one or more of the following machines: Perfect Binder, Stitcher, Folder, Cutter. You’ll be part of a talented group that collaborates to deliver world-class products to our customers. This role will handle small format products that require bindery work before they are packed and shipped to the client.

Shifts available: Sunday through Tuesday OR Wednesday through Friday 6:00 pm - 6:00 am (Overtime Eligible)

A variety of these traits will help land you this job if you have:

  • a high school diploma or GED
  • a two-year Technical or Trade School diploma
  • three years’ experience as a bindery operator, cutter, folder or booklet maker
  • worked in a manufacturing environment for 2-5 years
  • worked in a fast-paced mid-size company
  • the ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis

On top of that you must:

  • possess a thorough and organized approach to your work
  • pay close attention to details on every project
  • have basic computer skills, including Pace and Google Suite
  • be self-motivated, a fast learner, and show initiative to seek out customer and corporate needs
  • plan, prioritize, coordinate, and manage your work
  • complete projects accurately within deadlines, while meeting Company quality standards
  • apply effective time management and self-management skills
  • understand and maintain the confidential nature of the company, employee and customer information
  • be flexible to change

In this position you'll:

  • complete the job successfully and provide a quality product the customer will want to order again
  • run the bindery equipment in a small format capacity
  • run existing bindery equipment and be open to learning how to run new equipment
  • troubleshoot production problems to ensure productivity and quality standards are met
  • perform Quality Control (QC) procedures to meet Company standards
  • perform basic maintenance of the bindery machines
  • complete miscellaneous projects and various tasks as requested by management

Compensation Range: $38,880 - $41,932 annually


(This base pay range does not include additional compensation such as shift differentials).
