Assistant Machine Operator
Starting Rate OR Range: $18.75 plus 7.5% an hour shift differential for night shift
Additional Incentives:
  • $100 Safety Shoe Reimbursement
  • $150 Safety Glasses Reimbursement
  • Company will provide all tools necessary
  • 2+ Weeks' Vacation (years of experience in trade considered)
  • Cross-training provided

Work Hours: 12-hour shift (days and nights)
Location: 3094 Lester Dr. Kendallville, IN
As our Assistant Machine operator, you will:
  • Assist the machine Operator with the everyday operation of the press
  • Ensure machine is producing product to exceed our customers' expectations
  • Work in a team environment and cross-train with others
  • Receive training to help advance your career
  • Move gathered books from end of press and place on skid

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to Lift and carry up to 50 pound
  • Must be able to stand for the entire duration of your shift

Qualifications:
  • Experience - Previous machine experience preferred
  • Attention to detail, good communication skills, and comfortable with computer applications
  • Ability to work in teams or alone, ability to motivate other team members
