Description:
  • Collaborate with project teams to define, implement, and meet BIM data requirements.
  • Support BIM project setup and implementation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with BIM data standards, naming conventions, and best practices.
  • Coordinate BIM data workflows across disciplines to optimize project delivery.
  • Conduct BIM data quality control reviews throughout project phases.
  • Audit models and content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards.
  • Conduct regular project reviews to reinforce adherence to BIM protocols and expectations.
  • Evaluate and support management of third-party tools and technology for productivity improvements.

  • Lead BIM-related troubleshooting and documentation efforts.
  • Assist in developing BIM Management and Project Execution Plans.
  • Partner with Project Managers to implement and support cloud-based BIM collaboration environments.

Requirements:
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, interior design, drafting/design technology, or a related field. Or experience in lieu of degree.
  • 5 years supporting enterprise-wide BIM process implementation.
  • 5 years experience within the AEC industry strongly preferred.
  • Direct involvement in project delivery using BIM.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
  • Experience working with COBie and structured data deliverables.
  • Working knowledge of industry standards, including those required by government agencies and clients.
  • Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated client service mindset and strong interpersonal communication skills.
