Position Title: Contractor Sales Representative

Location: Cupertino, CA (San Francisco Bay Area) – Onsite

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Approximately $50K to $150K Annually

Job Duties

Business Development--

Develop new relationships with general contractors, builders, developers, and renovation companies.

Identify new project and account opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, jobsite visits, and industry relationships.

Build a strong pipeline of qualified contractor and project opportunities.

Develop long-term customer relationships and position Bulkbuild as a preferred material supplier.

Contractor & Project Sales---

Present building material solutions to contractors, builders, developers, and other construction professionals.

Understand customer project requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.

Prepare and follow up on quotations.

Follow sales opportunities from initial inquiry through project award and completion.

Identify opportunities to increase account value across multiple product categories.

Qualifications

5+ years of outside sales, business development, or account management experience, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.

Proven ability to develop new business and manage long-term B2B customer relationships.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an outside sales environment.

Organized and capable of managing multiple customer accounts and sales opportunities.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Comfortable visiting contractor offices and active construction sites.

The expected salary range for this position is $50K to $150K per year plus uncapped commission. The actual salary offer will be determined based on the successful candidate's geographic location, relevant experience, and specific skill sets, in accordance with California laws.
