A growing logistics and service organization in the American Canyon area is seeking a detail-oriented


Special Projects Billing Clerk to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional looking to grow their experience in billing, office support, and project coordination. Training is available for candidates with strong administrative skills and a willingness to learn.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize billing packets and supporting documentation
  • Review and verify billing information for accuracy
  • Perform data entry and maintain electronic records
  • Scan, file, archive, and organize company documents
  • Communicate with internal teams and customers via email and phone
  • Assist with project tracking and administrative support functions
