LHH is seeking a Billing Clerk for a growing organization in Houston, Texas.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. The Billing Clerk will play a key role in ensuring invoices are processed correctly, customer accounts are maintained, and billing discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner. This is a fully onsite position offering a collaborative work environment and the opportunity to build valuable accounting and administrative experience.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on schedule
  • Review billing information for completeness and accuracy before submission
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with payment follow-up activities
  • Research and resolve billing questions, discrepancies, and account issues
  • Maintain organized billing records and supporting documentation
  • Enter billing and payment information into accounting systems
  • Reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and related financial documents
  • Communicate with internal departments and external customers regarding account inquiries
  • Assist with month-end reporting and general accounting support tasks
