The Position:
The Sales Associate role is designed to attract and develop talented recent college graduates who are passionate about sports advertising and client service. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Sales Services, this position offers full-time, operation-focused experience, supporting Ad Sales teams, with exposure to both linear and digital advertising. It presents a unique opportunity to work closely with clients, senior industry executives, and a diverse range of internal teams - while gaining valuable insights into the advertising and media landscape.

The Game Plan:
(What you will do)
  • Manage and process client orders, collaborating with internal teams and agency partners to ensure seamless delivery and exceed client expectations
  • Coordinate with Sales, Traffic, Marketing, and Pricing & Inventory teams to execute post-sale ad campaigns flawlessly across multiple platforms
  • Liaise with Ad Operations to implement creative assets, meet brand safety guidelines, and fulfill any advertiser-specific requirements-while ensuring compliance with internal Standards and Practices
  • Identify and troubleshoot campaign or creative discrepancies through data reporting and cross-functional communication
  • Work with Billing and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and support accurate revenue recognition at campaign completion
  • Monitor and track campaign performance, report on impressions, and make real-time adjustments to ensure full delivery and accurate billing
  • Collaborate with Activation Manager and Production on delivering sponsorship grids across your designated region to ensure alignment on all activation deliverables and timelines
  • Partner with Account Executives and Activation Managers to fulfill daily client requests and support account needs
  • Develop a relationship with buyers and clients to help in supporting their advertising investments
