We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to support accurate and timely billing processes. In this role, youโ€™ll be responsible for maintaining records, reconciling accounts, creating invoices, and communicating effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Experience with project-based billing, especially in services or construction environments, is highly valued.

Requirements:

Responsibilities

  • Billing for large-scale projects and miscellaneous items on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Review vendor invoices to ensure accuracy in billing
  • Analyze internal labor reporting for discrepancies
  • Review employee expense reports for reasonableness and inclusion in customer billing
  • Assist in maintaining organized and accurate billing records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support project billing needs
