Billing Specialist

Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM

Duties:

  • · Check contracts and work orders to make sure pricing and details are correct.
  • · Create service requests in the company system.
  • · Send accurate invoices to customers quickly after work is done.
  • · Call subcontractors to confirm jobs are done and collect their paperwork
  • · Monitor unpaid bills and call customers to collect late payments
  • · Keep organized, secure digital and physical files of all billing documents
  • · Answer phone calls and emails regarding billing questions or job statuses
  • · Create service requests in the company system

Requirements:

· Experience using QuickBooks is required!

· Professional and friendly phone and email communication

· Ability to pass a background check

· Strong attention to detail and good organizing/multitasking skills.

· Accuracy and speed of your billing and data entry.

· Success in getting paperwork back from subcontractors.

· Professionalism with customers and reliable daily attendance
