Our client, a respected scientific testing laboratory, is seeking a highly organized Billing & Operations Coordinator to support accounting, administrative operations, and internal business processes.

You'll work closely with leadership while supporting billing, customer accounts, recruiting administration, and day-to-day office operations.

What You'll Do
Billing & Accounting
Prepare, review, submit, and track customer invoices for laboratory testing services.
Review purchase orders, billing documentation, and client instructions for accuracy and completeness.
Enter and maintain information across internal systems, client portals, and business software.
Reconcile customer accounts and investigate billing discrepancies.
Maintain customer account records, billing notes, credit balances, and tracking spreadsheets.
Respond professionally to billing questions and customer account inquiries.
Follow established procedures while identifying opportunities to improve workflows and efficiencies.
Administrative Operations
Support recruiting activities including candidate communication, interview scheduling, phone screens, and applicant tracking.
Assist with employee records, onboarding documentation, and personnel file maintenance.
