Billing Administrator - Avista Resort
Monday - Friday
Weekly Hourly pay
Job Description: The Billing Administrator is responsible for supporting the dailyadministrative, billing, and operational functions of the Billing Department.This position assists with billing for HOA and Homeowner services, and providesadministrative support to maintain efficient department operations and billingup to date.
The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability tomanage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail whenperforming the billing.
PerformHOA Engineering and IT billing for all properties.:
o DailyBilling to be done
o Weeklyreport to be sent per property to the GM's for approval
o Ensurereports are submitted to Accounting on a timely manner
Assistwith HO Engineering billing as needed for all properties.
o Perform the Completion Report when needed, toinclude the below:
รผ Audit allWOs to ensure timers, inventory consumed, pictures and details are correct
รผ Create theassets for new electronic items and HVAC's replaced and units and Public Areas
รผ Linkassets when WOs are related to any electronic item or HVAC
รผ Ensure thecost is added when invoices are processed via the WOs
รผ Performthe billing of the WOs that meets our criteria
o Ensure all properties Billings to send arecleared on a daily basis in WorxHub
o Check Pre-bill WOs in Maestro every Month.
OtherDuties
  • Monitor and response to department e-mails
  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned
  • Support and promote adherence to the billing policies and procedures
  • Assist with weekly and monthly reports sent to the properties when needed
