Description & Requirements
At St Luke's Health Plan our dedicated team strives to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional member experiences.
The Provider Relations Representative plays an integral role in fostering positive relationships with healthcare providers by monitoring and enforcing company policies and procedures, while increasing provider effectiveness by educating and promoting participation in various St. Luke's Health Plan initiatives. The Provider Relations Representative is responsible for network management including provider education, communication, satisfaction, issue intake, and access/availability while achieving the highest level of provider satisfaction.
What You Can Expect:
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday business hours, hybrid position
  • Duties: Serve as a primary point of contact for provider groups and staff to address questions and concerns in a timely, responsive manner
  • Maintains professional, positive working relationships and accurately conveys relevant and current information
  • Ability to work with providers and strong understanding of insurance claims, revenue cycle, and/or background in medical billing, and understanding of commercial and Medicare Advantage lines of business

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience: 4 years relevant experience
