Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator

Job Description

Our Scheduling Coordinator plays a vital role within the Camilo Riaño Orthodontics team and is the first point of contact for our patients, parents, referring doctors, and staff. Job duties and requirements include but are not limited to:
- Greet patients in a friendly manner
- Schedule potential new and existing patients and manage CRM
- Collaborates with the team to provide an excellent and efficient patient experience
- Respond to patient billing or financial inquiries
- Manage schedules
- Social media experience is a plus
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivation with the ability to exceed patient expectations.
- Excellent organizational skills to effectively handle multiple tasks.
- Candidates must be literate in Spanish and English and will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a fast-paced, highly interactive customer service environment and be highly computer literate.
- Experience in the dental industry with scheduling is a MUST.
