Job description

 Bilingual Scheduler
We are currently looking for a bilingual Scheduler to schedule patients for a clinic. The Scheduler will work at an established Medical Clinic in New Orleans.  This is a 1-month assignment for someone fluent in English, Spanish, and/or Vietnamese


Job Duties:

  • Verifying insurance
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Patient communication
  • Checking completed work for errors or duplicate information


Requirements:

  • BILINGUAL or TRILINGUAL- English & Spanish, or Vietnamese
  • Experience in a medical office HIGHLY DESIRED
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
