We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Part-Time Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Glendale Heights. ( High PSI )
Position Summary
The Part-Time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will support customers in both English and Spanish by assisting with phone calls, order inquiries, scheduling, and general customer support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced office environment. This position is 20 to 25 hours a week, with a wage range is $16 to $18 an hour. Must be Bilingual.
Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in English and Spanish
  • Cover front service counter
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, service appointments, and orders
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Process invoices, work orders, and customer information accurately
  • Coordinate with sales and service departments
  • Maintain organized records and office files
  • Assist with general administrative and office support duties
