Job description

CCLI is looking for a part-time bilingual secretary with a generous heart and a desire to contribute to the well-being of others to carry out our mission on Long Island. By joining our team, you will share in the joy of providing "care with dignity and life with hope."
Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings.
  • Answer phones and collate and distribute mail.
  • Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.
  • Write and edit communications, from letters to reports and instructional documents.
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.

Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma/GED. Associate's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years' experience in an administrative/clerical role that demonstrates knowledge of efficient office operations and ability to use office equipment.
  • Bilingual - Spanish/English required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated organizational and communication skills.

Schedule: part-time 20 hours per week. Work schedule: Mon. & Tues. 9 AM - 5 PM + Fri. 9 AM - 4 PM
Rate of Pay: $20 per hour
This rate of pay serves as a good faith estimate. Actual pay is based on a number of factors which may include a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and work location. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation, such as the value of benefits, which may be applicable to this position.
