GoldenTrust Insurance – Killian is a growing franchise insurance office located in the Killian area of Miami-Dade County. We are committed to providing our community with quality insurance solutions and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a motivated, bilingual insurance professional to join our team.


Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed 4-40 Insurance Agent with experience in auto insurance sales or a strong background in sales to join our team. The ideal candidate is results-driven, bilingual, and passionate about helping customers find the right coverage.


Responsibilities

  • Sell and service personal auto insurance policies and other lines of coverage
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Follow up on leads and generate new business through referrals
  • Provide accurate quotes and guide clients through the purchase process
  • Meet monthly production goals
  • Maintain compliance with Florida Department of Financial Services regulations


Requirements

  • Active Florida 4-40 Insurance License (required)
  • Bilingual – English and Spanish (required)
  • Experience in auto insurance sales (preferred)
  • OR demonstrated experience in sales (retail, dealership, financial services, etc.)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and CRM tools
