Do you have strong administrative skills and are interested in growing a career in HR? If you have at least 6 months of administrative experience and are bilingual in Spanish, this temp-to-hire HR Assistant opportunity is a great way to take the next step in your HR career!

This company that distributes fresh produce to grocery stores throughout the Pacific Northwest. This is a fast-paced, people-focused environment where every day brings something different and you’ll have the opportunity to build hands-on experience across multiple areas of HR.

As a Bilingual HR Assistant, you’ll play an important role in helping new employees get started, supporting the hiring process, and assisting employees with HR-related questions. You’ll gain valuable experience with recruiting, onboarding, compliance, benefits, and employee support.

Bilingual HR Assistant Duties:
  • Screen applications and help identify candidates for open positions.
  • Complete I-9 and onboarding paperwork to help new employees get started.
  • Assist employees with benefit-related questions and HR needs.
  • Conduct new-hire orientations and help create a welcoming employee experience.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with day-to-day HR projects.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Pay: $21-$24 per hour based on experience 

Bilingual HR Assistant Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of administrative experience.
  • Previous experience working in an office setting.
  • Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish. This position regularly communicates with English- and Spanish-speaking employees
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
