Bilingual Construction Laborer (English/Spanish)
Emerald Green Property Services – Fort Myers, FL

Emerald Green Property Services is hiring a dependable and hardworking Bilingual Construction Laborer to join our growing team in Fort Myers. This position focuses on the installation of flood management and water mitigation products for residential and commercial properties throughout Southwest Florida.
Responsibilities:
  • Install flood barriers, water diversion products, and related flood management solutions
  • Assist with job site preparation, loading/unloading materials, and cleanup
  • Operate basic hand and power tools safely
  • Communicate with team members and customers in both English and Spanish
  • Follow company safety procedures and installation standards
  • Travel to job sites throughout the local area as needed
Qualifications:
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Construction or labor experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
