Temporary Bilingual Construction Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Blueprint Staffing is looking for a bilingual recruiter with grit—someone who is energetic, dependable, resourceful, and ready to jump in wherever needed.

Construction staffing is fast-paced and constantly changing. We need someone who is comfortable talking to people all day, solving problems quickly, meeting recruiting goals, and helping workers get where they need to go. This is not a position where you sit behind a desk and wait for applicants. You must be willing to actively find candidates, build relationships, follow up consistently, and get results.

We are a small, all-hands-on-deck team with big plans. Blueprint Staffing is preparing to expand over the next two years, creating endless growth opportunities for someone willing to learn, take ownership, and grow with us. You will be trained on our current recruiting and staffing processes, but we welcome new ideas and encourage you to suggest improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit candidates for construction labor, skilled trades, cleaning, and other staffing positions
• Interview, screen, onboard, and maintain communication with applicants and active workers
• Meet required daily and weekly recruiting goals and performance metrics
• Create and manage recruiting posts on Facebook, Craigslist, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and other platforms
• Contact applicants by phone, text, email, and social media
• Maintain accurate applicant records, notes, and documentation
• Build relationships with workers and keep them engaged for future assignments
• Assist with dispatching and last-minute staffing needs
• Pick up or drop off workers when needed
• Attend job fairs, distribute flyers, and develop creative ways to reach new applicants
• Support the team wherever needed to keep jobs fully staffed

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• Recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or construction experience is preferred
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls and speaking with new people
• Familiar with Facebook, Craigslist, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and other recruiting platforms
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
• Organized, accountable, and able to meet measurable recruiting goals
• Willing to take initiative without waiting to be told what to do
• Open to feedback and confident enough to bring new ideas to the team
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required
• Must be comfortable transporting workers when necessary
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Some weekends and occasional schedule flexibility may be required based on staffing needs.

We staff a wide variety of positions, including general labor, demolition, construction cleanup, material handling, carpentry, equipment operation, punch work, new construction cleaning, final cleaning, apartment turnovers, commercial cleaning, office cleaning, school cleaning, and recurring property cleaning.

We are a second chance friendly company. A criminal background does not automatically prevent an applicant from being considered. Placement depends on the requirements of each client and jobsite, and we work to match applicants with appropriate opportunities.

Workers do not need a personal vehicle for every assignment. Construction workers must have a reliable way to reach our Dallas office for morning dispatch. When seats are available, rides may be coordinated from the office to the jobsite.

Applicants with reliable transportation may qualify for additional opportunities and higher pay on certain assignments. Approved drivers may also earn additional money for transporting other Blueprint Staffing workers.

Assignments may be daily, temporary, project based, ongoing, or long term. Many positions offer same day pay. Available work, schedules, locations, and pay rates vary depending on client needs, experience, skills, transportation, and job requirements.
