Job description

Join a busy, well-supported oncology practice in Central Pennsylvania as the fourth physician in a growing medical oncology and hematology team. This full-time opportunity offers a strong clinical mix, access to advanced treatments and clinical trials, and a highly competitive compensation package.

Position Highlights

  • Join a new, spacious cancer center on a hospital campus.

  • Fourth physician in an established and expanding practice.

  • Outpatient and inpatient medical oncology consults.

  • Chemotherapy, lab, and supportive therapy visits.

  • Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • Shared on-call coverage among physician colleagues.

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology.

  • Pennsylvania medical license required or ability to obtain one.

Clinical Environment
You will work with an experienced, multidisciplinary team that includes medical oncologists, hematologists, advanced practice providers, oncology nurses, lab support, pharmacy, and administrative staff. The practice emphasizes collaboration, quality care, and access to clinical trials across a broader oncology network.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary of $500K plus wRVU bonus.

  • Partnership track with no buy-in.

  • $25K signing bonus.
