Job description

BHS Corrugated is looking for a Sales Manager to lead growth initiatives and manage customer relationships across the southeast regional territory. In this role, you’ll drive new project opportunities, promote best-in-class corrugating equipment, and help shape the future of our customers’ operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with customers and decision-makers across your territory.
  • Conduct periodic site visits and stay informed on market trends including expansions, contractions, and mergers to identify new opportunities.
  • Present BHS solutions and work closely with customers to match equipment with their production goals.
  • Generate and present proposals, layout drawings, and technical sales literature.
  • Coordinate customer reference visits to active BHS installations.
  • Actively follow up on all opportunities, guiding prospects through to final decision.
  • Partner with our project engineering team after a sale to ensure smooth project start-up, handling change orders, clarifying scope, and advocating for customer and company interests.
  • Cultivate and grow the corrugating roll business—including new roll sales, regrinds, and roll exchange programs (NICE rolls, glue & metering rolls, and CARE carts).

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree required)
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a related industry
  • Technical or engineering background a plus (not required)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and CRM tools
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
  • A personable, self-motivated approach with a passion for building trust and delivering results

130-160k  plus commission
