Industrial Maintenance Technician (M2P Technician) - Green Bay, WI
Location: Green Bay, WI
Company:BHS Corrugated North America
BHS Corrugated is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support one of our customer locations in the Green Bay area. This position is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting industrial equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and working independently in a manufacturing environment.What You'll Do
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on corrugated manufacturing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
  • Inspect equipment and identify opportunities to improve reliability and performance.
  • Complete maintenance work orders and accurately document repairs.
  • Work directly with customer personnel and BHS management to support production goals.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company and customer safety procedures.
  • Participate in on-call coverage as required.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working with motors, drives, conveyors, sensors, and industrial controls.
  • Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
  • PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
Preferred Experience
  • Paper, packaging, corrugated, converting, or high-speed manufacturing experience.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial automation.
