Industrial Service Supervisor

BHS Corrugated North America – Indianapolis, IN

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annually + bonus


BHS Corrugated is seeking an experienced Industrial Service Supervisor to lead our Digital Print service operation at a customer manufacturing facility. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll serve as the primary liaison between BHS and the customer while managing a team of technicians and specialists responsible for maximizing equipment uptime, print quality, and operational performance.

What You'll Do
  • Lead all onsite BHS Digital Print service activities
  • Supervise, coach, and develop onsite technicians and support personnel
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for service operations and escalations
  • Drive equipment uptime, print quality, and overall operational performance
  • Manage preventive maintenance programs and maintenance planning
  • Coordinate resources across Engineering, Field Service, Help Desk, and Product Management
  • Analyze equipment performance, downtime, and quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in production meetings and present performance and KPI updates to customer leadership
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and contractual service commitments
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience leading technical service teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong leadership and customer relationship management skills
  • Experience supervising technicians or maintenance personnel
  • Knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems, PLC-controlled equipment, and preventive maintenance
  • Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with digital printing, corrugated manufacturing, inkjet technology, or industrial production equipment is preferred
  • Ability to travel occasionally for training and corporate initiatives
