  • Make routine rounds of assigned section to obtain beverage orders, such as wine, bottled or draft beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with proper garnishes from guests
  • Maintains accountability for all cash receipts, complimentary charges, drink tokens, room charges, and issue banks
  • Deliver beverage orders and provide amenities to guests such as matches, beverage napkins, and ashtrays throughout assigned section and maintain assigned section by collecting used glassware, ashtrays, and trash
  • Observe and enforce Health Department regulations regarding handling, storage, and cleanliness
  • Adhere to alcohol safety standards and liquor laws
  • Delivers superior internal and external guest service
