About Whispers Lounge:
Nestled within the beautiful Coeur d'Alene Resort, Whispers Lounge offers a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere where guests enjoy handcrafted cocktails, fine wines, and great company. We are looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Beverage Servers to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences.

The Role:
As a Seasonal Beverage Server, you will serve beverages, engage with guests, and ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience in our lounge during the busy season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and take beverage orders with a friendly attitude

  • Serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks accurately and promptly

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your service area

  • Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service

  • Work closely with bartenders and team members to ensure seamless operations

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous serving or bartending experience preferred but not required

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, social environment

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Positive attitude and team spirit

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and perform repetitive tasks
