THE JOB:
Ready to lead the vibe behind the bar-and across the casino floor? As a Casino Beverage Manager at MGM National Harbor, you'll be the driving force behind high-energy service, elevated cocktails, and unforgettable guest experiences. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love leading teams while keeping the drinks flowing and the energy high, this is your moment.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Oversee daily beverage operations across casino and cocktail service venues
  • Lead and develop Assistant Managers and beverage teams to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Drive financial performance by monitoring budgets, labor, and cost of goods (liquor, beer, wine, and supplies)
  • Execute marketing strategies and promotions to enhance guest engagement and revenue
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and complete requisitions to support business demands
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and state liquor regulations
  • Partner with Human Resources on employee relations and team engagement initiatives
  • Maintain deep knowledge of all beverage menus, products, preparation, and presentation standards
  • Foster a culture of accountability, team collaboration, and continuous improvement

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • At least 21 years of age
  • 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience (Preferred)

Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is:
$63,800.00 - $85,000.00
This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's incentive plan.
Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
