The Warehouse Position is a full-time role that is accountable for the oversight and continuous improvement of Circle's inventory and processes across the beverage manufacturing warehouse. The position is open & available for immediate hire and is a full-time (40 hrs/wk), Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4 PM, the position is based at Circle's manufacturing headquarters (no remote work option). The ideal candidate will be optimistic, flexible, and willing to take on challenges.
Primary Accountability: The Warehouse is accountable for managing the warehouse inventory for Circle and its clients. This includes ingredients, packaging materials and other beverage manufacturing assets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage ingredient and packaging material inventory
  • Pull and stage ingredients and packaging materials for batching
  • Conduct ingredient and material counts upon arrival/departure from production area
  • Work with Warehouse Lead to perform regular checks of client inventory stored onsite
  • Identify and resolve any issues in the inventory management and processes
  • Research and develop ways to improve inventory management processes
  • Prepare and maintain inventory reports
  • Submit purchasing requests to Supply Chain Manager
  • Review and place orders for new warehouse supplies
  • Examine if the supplies received are as per the order and in proper condition
  • Return and replace any damaged products
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Working on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Forklift experience is a plus
