Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
  • Monitor clients' health by taking vital signs and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.
  • Support clients with meal preparation and cooking nutritious meals according to dietary needs.
  • Help with mobility assistance, while ensuring the safety and security of clients in a safe environment.
  • Provide transportation needs, such as appointments and grocery shopping.
  • Provide memory care support for clients experiencing cognitive challenges.
  • Assist with patient monitoring to track progress and report any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare teams.
Flexible Shifts Available
  • Various shifts (from 1hr up to 8 hours +)
  • 1st shift, 2nd shift and 3rd shift
