Job Title: Assistant, Brand & Audience Services
A little bit about our team:
The Global Brand & Audience team develops and implements artist strategy and planning, driving culture and commercial streaming alike. The Brand & Audience Services team comprises cross-functional disciplines, including Creative Development, Paid Media, Influencer/Creator Marketing, and Direct-to-Fan and Community Engagement. The team is responsible for marquee artists and their storytelling.
Your role:
The Team Assistant is a highly organized entry-level professional providing foundational administrative and operational support to the Brand & Audience Services department. This position focuses on the "connective tissue" of the team-ensuring cross-functional projects stay organized, and general team logistics are handled with precision. You will provide broad support to the team, helping them execute high-volume digital and physical marketing campaigns.
Here you'll get to:
  • Own the Linkfire creation and execution process for catalog releases. You will ensure all links are active, updated, and destination URLs are accurate across global territories.
  • Proactively monitor social platforms to flag trending audio and formats that align with our catalog brand strategies, providing "real-time" insights to our Social Creative lead.
  • Submit song attributions and conversions for TikTok and Meta original sounds.
  • Ensure custom audiences are being updated/created and delivered to Meta to use for retargeting.
  • Work with Paid Media to gather assets and approved copy for paid media campaigns.
  • Help sort and field vendor invoices to appropriate teams for payment.
  • Assist with the setup, build, and live execution of paid media campaigns across key digital and social platforms (including Spotify, TikTok, and Meta).
  • Actively monitor live campaign performance and assist with pacing, budget tracking, and real-time optimization to maximize ROI.
  • Ensure relevant first-party data segments are consistently synced, clean, and up to date with our external ad agencies and partner platforms.
  • Maintain data integrity across systems to support highly targeted audience retargeting and acquisition.
  • Assist with general paid media reporting, generating structured performance updates for Brand leads during and post-campaign.
  • Compile and format raw campaign data into standardized reports to assist with performance tracking.
  • Coordinate the internal ad credits workflow, ensuring platform credits are tracked, allocated, and executed efficiently across various global campaigns and territory collaborations.

About you:
  • You have meticulous attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task across different specialist teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • You anticipate team needs and can take the initiative to build streamlined workflows that improve general operational efficiency.
  • You have strong written and verbal skills and are a concise and professional communicator, comfortable interacting with everyone from coordinators to senior executives.
  • You are deeply connected to music culture and social media trends, with a basic understanding of social platform specifications (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Proficient in Google Workspace; experience with or curiosity about project management tools and AI-driven workflows.

We'd love it if you also had:
  • 0-2 years of relevant support experience in the music, media, or entertainment industry
  • A passion for music and the preservation of artist legacies
