Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant - Launch Your Career at One of Omaha’s Best Companies!

In this role, you will support day-to-day office needs while working alongside teams in areas such as operations, customer service, HR, and finance. Through gaining exposure to many different areas, you will be well-positioned to achieve promotions and grow within the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to multiple departments.
  • Help organize paperwork, maintain records, and ensure documentation is accurate.
  • Support onboarding activities, employee communications, and other HR-related administrative projects.
  • Enter, update, and track information within reports, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
  • Assist with process improvement projects by helping identify opportunities to make everyday tasks more efficient.
  • Jump in to support special projects, deadlines, and team needs as they arise.


Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional, positive, and willing to take initiative.
