AP Specialist Job Responsibilities
  • Verifying authorization for all purchases
  • Posting of all payable invoices as well as factory invoices
  • Posting ACH debits through EIV and recording payments through Nvoice Pay
  • Work with Vendors and dealership management teams to reconcile invoices
  • Complete on-demand check requests, and update and maintain vendor W9 binders
  • Other related functions that may arise

Schedule: This is a full-time position. We offer flexible day shift schedules, including hybrid, 4/10s, and 5x8s. Open Monday through Friday, no weekends!

AP Specialist Qualifications
  • Must have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accounting skills
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role
  • Must be dependable, accurate, and able to take direction, stay on task, and have a positive attitude and demeanor
  • CDK software and Excel knowledge are required

Corporate Requirements: Must be 18 years or older, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.
