    • Service Kick-Off (SKO) Execution: Implement the SKO process established by the Director to ensure a seamless handoff from EPC contractors and the construction/commissioning phase into the long-term service phse.
    • Technical Escalation: Serve as the primary escalation point for complex on-site technical issues, guiding technicians through advanced troubleshooting of battery racks, inverters, 3 phase meters, and site controllers.
  • Disciplined Problem Solving, Quality & Safety
    • Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Execute a highly disciplined approach to field issues by leading investigations using industry-standard methodologies such as 8D, Fishbone (Ishikawa), and 5-Whys
    • Continuous Improvement Feedback: Consolidate field data and failure metrics to feed back to the R&D and Manufacturing teams, targeting the elimination of recurring failure modes in cell and module designs.
    • Code & Safety Compliance: Ensure all field operations and third-party O&M providers strictly adhere to electrical safety standards, particularly NFPA 855 for Stationary Energy Storage Systems, OSHA requirements, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience; 5-7+ Years of experience in a service, operations, or technical management role within the BESS, Renewable Energy, or Power Generation sectors
