At Bermuda Village, we strive to create an environment where our residents thrive. We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator.


Job Summary:

The Sales and MarketingCoordinator is responsible for supporting Bermuda Village's strategic sales andmarketing efforts to increase occupancy, strengthen brand visibility, andenhance community engagement. This role serves as a liaison between externalmarketing partners, internal teams, and prospective residents. The positionplays a key role in leasing, community outreach, content creation, and prospectengagement. Strong communication, organizational, and project management skillsare essential.

Responsibilities:

Prospect Engagement, Leasing & Sales Support

  • Serve as a primary point of contact forprospective residents and their families, communicating the benefits of livingat Bermuda Village.
  • Manage inquiries, conduct tours, and guideprospects through the leasing or referral process.
  • Lease available rental units owned by BermudaVillage, coordinating the full move-in process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM recordsincluding lead tracking, follow-ups, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Real Estate Broker-in-Chargefor ownership transitions.
  • Respond to all inquiries in a timely andprofessional manner.
  • Manage the coordination and direct support of the salescycle from lead generation to move-in.
  • Assist in tour training and develop customizedtour outlines for team members.

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

  • Directly support and participate in the planningand implementation of strategic marketing activities in collaboration with thebranding agency and internal leadership.
  • Conduct actionable sales, marketing, customerservice and prospecting tasks according to strategic initiatives communicatedfrom leadership in timely fashion and/or according to deadlines.
  • Coordinate with the branding agency to maintainupdated and brand-compliant marketing materials.
  • Manage social media content and communications forresidents and public audiences.
  • Assist with content development for newsletters, websites,social media, and resident portals.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice across allcommunications and events.

Community Outreach & Events

  • Conduct structured and repeatable communityoutreach activity to build professional referral networks and increase brandvisibility
  • Attend networking events and make external visitsas appropriate to establish business relationships and promote the community.
  • Collaborate with leadership to determine ongoingmarketing needs and campaign opportunities.
  • Plan and assist with at least two community eventsper month aimed at lead generation, engagement, or brand visibility.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with and support the ExecutiveDirector, VP of Sales, Real Estate Broker in Charge, and other leadership toensure alignment on marketing initiatives and goals.
  • Positively represent Bermuda Village in internal& external meetings and during other people interactions exercising subjectmatter decorum and etiquette.
  • Provide regular updates and performance metrics toassess campaign effectiveness.
  • Complete quarterly competitive analyses andprovide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure highservice delivery and resident satisfaction, applying ongoing discretion andmindfulness of department character.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or ahealthcare-related field; OR five years of healthcare or senior livingmarketing experience.
  • Proven experience in sales, leasing, or marketingcoordination.
    • Knowledge of the senior living industry.
    • Excellent customer service, interpersonal,communication, and presentation skills.
    • Strong organizational and project managementskills with the ability to multi-task.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems, social mediaplatforms, and Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to conduct effective and engaging tours ofthe community.
    • Strong decision-making skills with the ability todrive growth and occupancy.
    • Must pass a criminal background check and meet allhealth/safety requirements.
    • Valid driver's license and ability to travel foroutreach as needed.
    Job Requirements & Work Conditions: 
    • Full-time position with occasional after-hours orweekend responsibilities.
    • May be called back during emergencies (e.g.,severe weather, disaster response).
    • Physical demands include walking, standing,bending, lifting up to 25 lbs, and navigating residential and office settings.
    • Must be comfortable working in an environment withvarying temperatures, lighting, and potential exposure to communicableillnesses.
    • Must maintain up-to-date training on all assignedcourses.
