Job description

A SUBWAY Manager performs and directs overall restaurantmanagement and ensures that food safety, product preparation, and cleanlinessstandards are maintained. Recruits and trains staff and makes sure employeesfeel supported. Responsible for inventory and money control systems - mayestablish inventory schedules. Maintains business records. Exceptional customerservice is a major component of this position (and goes a long way towardsmaximizing your Monthly Bonus!)
