Job Description

AZZ is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Benefits Analyst to join our Total Rewards team at our Fort Worth Texas corporate office. Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, you’ll be responsible for supporting the administration, evaluation, and compliance of our employee benefits programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving complex problems, and ensuring programs meet regulatory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure all benefits plans comply with applicable federal and state regulations
  • Analyze benefits data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support audits, reporting, and compliance documentation
  • Collaborate with HR and vendors to maintain accurate and efficient benefits processes
  • Research and resolve complex benefits-related issues
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years’ experience in an analytical role
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting) required
  • Experience working with benefits programs and regulatory compliance preferred
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • HR certifications strongly preferred.
