What is Benefits Communication?

Benefits communication refers to the process of informing and educating employees about the various benefits offered by their employer, such as health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other perks. Effective benefits communication ensures that employees understand the value of their benefits packages, how to access them, and how to make the most of the options available. This role often involves creating clear materials, hosting informational sessions, and answering employee questions. The goal is to improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention by making sure everyone understands their benefits.
