Job description


This position supports our internal sales channels (i.e. Chubb A&H), external clients, and brokers to ensure the seamless implementation of Chubb's voluntary insurance products across multiple enrollment platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to configure client enrollments, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines, product specifications, regulatory requirements and client-specific needs. They will play a key role in developing a centralized benefits technology relationship management model, driving efficient and scalable growth. Whilst, ensuring consistent alignment and communication with all enrollment partners to optimize the client experience and support business objectives.
Responsibilities:
  • Support key external strategic partnerships with insurtech vendors, enrollment, and fulfillment firms, focusing on platform strategy and performance.
  • Serve as the primary contact for sales, brokers, and enrollment system partners, overseeing the configuration and testing of the voluntary benefit enrollment systems.
  • Ensure enrollment data files are accurately formatted, complete, and submitted promptly to internal and external parties/systems.
  • Support and partner with internal relationship owners within the Chubb organization.
  • Lead or participate in enhancements to the enrollment platform(s), including adding new product lines, updating enrollment file configurations and improving overall system functionality.
  • Conduct peer reviews of custom-built cases to verify platform configuration alligns with underwriting offers and setup requirements.
  • Collaborate with the internal finance team to maintain efficient billing process flows and coordinate with external partners to resolve any billing discrepancies.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience-building cases on the Employee Navigator enrollment platform (required).
  • Proven experience building cases on other enrollment platforms; including but not limited to ADP, Alight, Bswift, Fidelity, Selerix, Workday (preferred).
  • Experience with system testing and test script creation.
  • Solid time management and organization.
  • Must be self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and collaborative sales-driven environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop strong working relationships with other departments, clients, and external vendors.
  • Ability to display and use excellent discretion and judgment and must be able to maintain confidential information.
  • Exceptional at customer service, critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving.
  • An excellent written and verbal communicator.
  • Strong attention to detail and data analytics (Qlik experience preferred).
  • Strong MS Office suite knowledge.

Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5+ years of enrollment/benefit administration industry experience.
  • 5+ years of insurance experience, with an in-depth knowledge of insurance administration practices, benefit administration and enrollment lifecycle.
  • Excellent project management experience with demonstrated end-to-end results.

The pay range for the role is $73,000 to $107,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
