Business Support Associate - Bell Training Academy

Customer Support and Service, Bell Training Academy

The Customer Support Associate supports Bell Training Academy by helping maintain strong customer relationships and ensuring a smooth, positive training experience for aircraft customers. This role assists with training scheduling, customer communications, and service coordination while following established policies and procedures that promote fairness, accuracy, and good customer relations. Contributes to improvements based on customer feedback and survey results. This position works closely with internal teams to support sales, promotional activities, and overall customer education initiatives tied to Bell's Training Academy programs.

What you'll be doing as a Business Support Associate

  • Support Bell Training Academy scheduling and training forecasting requirements to maximize course offerings.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Contracts, Finance, Instructors, and Academy leadership to support smooth training operations.

  • Sustain scheduling for Offsite, CSF, and Bell Sales Team training needs

  • Analyze SABA and Salesforce data for marketing campaigns

  • Support promotional and sales campaigns by assisting with the end-to-end management of coupon codes

  • Understand the training offerings and entitlements tied to customer contracts and programs.

  • Document and refine internal processes with a focus on improving customer experience, clarity, and overall service consistency.

  • Cultivate strong partnerships with internal teams and external customers to support positive brand representation and streamlined communication.

  • Support development of basic reports, including class-utilization or classes-to-fill reports.

  • Support BTA specialized projects

Qualifications

Skills You Bring To this Role

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Operations or Hospitality

  • 0-2 years experience of relevant experience

  • Collaboration across teams

  • Effective communication skills

  • Basic analytical skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; experience with SABA or Salesforce is a plus.

  • Problem-solving competency

  • Proven ability to make timely, sound decisions under pressure while managing shifting priorities priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • English Spanish language skills

  • Experience in aviation or hospitality environments
