How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Direct the patient’s clinical journey by performing comprehensive assessments that evaluate physical, psychological, and social health to ensure a holistic start to the recovery process.
  • Design and evolve individualized care plans that align with the master treatment goals, ensuring every intervention is purposeful and responsive to the patient’s progress.
  • Lead therapeutic engagement by co-facilitating group therapy sessions and implementing evidence-based nursing care that helps patients develop vital coping and stabilization skills.
  • Collaborate as a clinical advocate within multidisciplinary team conferences, providing critical insights that shape the goals and objectives of the patient's long-term treatment plan.
  • Optimize treatment outcomes by continuously evaluating patient responses to care and proactively adjusting interventions to meet their changing clinical needs.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.  American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
