Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with adult clients, providing a safe space to address various emotional and psychological issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
  • Utilize evidence-based assessment tools to gauge client progress, adjusting therapeutic approaches and care plans as necessary to meet evolving needs effectively.
  • Maintain meticulous and secure records of client interactions and progress using our user-friendly online system.
  • Collaborate and consult with experienced team members on complex cases, receiving ongoing support and clinical supervision to enhance your practice.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, with preference given to candidates holding a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Professional Clinical Counseling (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC).
  • Active licensure in the state of California is mandatory; additional state licenses are a plus.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience as an independently licensed practitioner, showcasing your expertise in therapeutic methodologies.
