Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - School-Based
Full-Time | Jacksonville, FL | $40-$50 per Hour
Looking for a BCBA role where you can make a meaningful impact while enjoying a consistent school schedule?
The Stepping Stones Group is seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team in the Jacksonville, FL area for the 2026-2027 school year. These are full-time, onsite opportunities supporting students across a variety of educational settings and age groups.

Position Details
  • School Year: August 10, 2026 - May 28, 2027
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday
  • Hours: 7 billable hours per day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
  • 35 hours per week
  • Onsite services only
  • Grade Levels: Pre-K through Grade 12
  • Opportunities to support multiple school sites throughout the district
What You'll Be Doing
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide direct behavioral support and consultation services
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data
  • Train school staff on specialized behavioral strategies and data collection
  • Provide modeling, coaching, and performance feedback to staff
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed
  • Support teachers, administrators, and families with behavior strategies
  • Travel between school sites as needed

  • Pre-K through Grade 12
  • General Education and Special Education settings
  • Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Emotional Disturbance (ED)
  • Other Health Impairments (OHI)
  • Medically fragile students
  • Students with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs
Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work with diverse student populations and behavioral presentations
